Unfortunately it's not possible to get around this glitch for those who wish to complete their character without abusing game bugs and glitches. According to Momo, there are two other girls on the island: Kuro and Moca. He ends up living the castaway survivor lifestyle together with the girl who finds him, Momo. The main character, Ryou, has lost his memory after drifting ashore. What this means is that the two chests I listed giving 3 skill points, were most likely supposed to only give 1 but since they require you to obtain them via Soul Splitter, you trigger the glitch and instead get 3 skill points. This is an uninhabited island rich with greenery.
Anyways, im for one excited to see Biomutant for switch, Darksiders 2 on. This is most likely a glitch that gives 1 skill point per reaper, including the stone statue. I have the game on Steam so I doubt Ill get it again unless it drops to 15. UPDATE: Apparently if you use Soul Splitter to open the chests, they will give 3 skill points from each chest. I was pretty upset over the lack of information out there on the skill point chest locations, so I've decided to hunt them all down and give you detailed information on their locations. There are only 12 chests, making this list complete. UPDATE: Z1_OS_RN_5B confirmed not a skill point chest. I have checked the entire map stone by stone and found nothing which leads me to believe that this chest isn't meant to be found or has a unique trigger to make it appear. I was able to collect them all except for one: Z1_OS_RN_5B.

I've added an Update at the bottom of this post with full details. NOTE: There is a glitch that allows you to obtain 3 skill points from every skill point chest which brings the total available skill points to 121, but due to the skill point cap, the total will be 99 which allows you to unlock every skill. There are a total of 12 chests that contain skill points per playthrough, 2 of which have 3 skill points each while the other 10 have 1 skill point each.
