As far as I've experienced, the Financial Executive (who is working inside Metrobank) not an Agent who handled my accounts are very efficient and effective. Just as an additional info: I have five accounts with AXA, four of it are long term investments and the other one is the HoneyPot which is withdrawable anytime in the first year.
